Welcome to the Fall Semester!

Glad to see the Fall Semester starting to gear up. I just want to remind everyone that the Albertsons Library is here to serve you and your students. I am available to take your book requests and also for Library instruction to your students. The Library has revamped the library information page for faculty. At this page you will find many of the same links I have included at the side of the blog including: Requesting a Library instruction class; Filling out online Reserve forms, Ordering Library materials; etc.

Also a new service to be aware of is Faculty/Staff Campus Book Delivery. You can request a book to be delivered directly to your office. Simply go into the online catalog. Locate the book or media that you would like. From the item record click the Hold/Request option from the top of the screen. Then select the "Staff Request Form" and hit OK. Fill it out and wait for the book to be delivered. Easy as pie!

Finally, come check out the new Starbucks coffee in the Library! It is located right when you walk in the door. Come by and visit. If you ask real nice, your library liaison might even buy a cup of your favorite beverage!
